Let's be honest - cyclists already know that Park Ave is already a pretty good bike route, so let's tell people about it through paint and signs. The Park Ave SharROW project connects Monroe Park and the downtown Franklin St Bike Lanes to the Patterson Ave bike lanes in the West End, providing a useful bike route through the north Fan and Museum District. It can be implemented cheaply and quickly, with mostly paint, signs, maybe some speed humps, and a couple of short contra-flow bike lanes.
